What is Peakly?

How it works

1. Connect the Gmail or Outlook account your school emails go to. Peakly has read-only access: it cannot send, move or delete anything.
2. Add your children, their school and year group, and the addresses the school, clubs and teachers email you from.
3. When one of those emails arrives, Peakly reads it and pulls out what matters: the dates, the deadlines, what you need to do, and which child it is for.
4. You get a short WhatsApp message, and the dates go into your Google or Outlook calendar, each with a link back to the original email.

What parents use it for

What Peakly does not do

• It does not read the rest of your inbox. It only looks at mail from the school addresses you give it.
• It never sends, moves or deletes your email.
• It does not keep your emails. The text is read, the dates are taken out, and the email itself is not stored.
• It is not something your school installs. It is your own tool for your own inbox, and the school does not need to do anything.

Who it is for

Parents in the UK with children at school, especially with more than one child, or with email coming from more than one place: the school, the PTA, clubs and music lessons. Peakly matches each email to the right child and year group, so a Year 3 parent is not told about a Year 6 trip.
