Peakly is an AI-powered school communication assistant for UK parents. It reads the emails your children's schools and clubs send you, pulls out the dates, deadlines and things you need to do, sends you a short WhatsApp summary and adds the dates to your Google or Outlook calendar.
You tell Peakly which addresses your school, PTA, clubs and teachers email you from. With your permission it connects to your Gmail or Outlook inbox in read-only mode and looks only at mail from those addresses (or, for a school, from the school's own email domain). It then uses AI to extract the key details: dates, event types, action items, and which child the message is about.
Yes. You can add multiple children in your account and Peakly will link incoming school emails to the right child automatically based on the sender, subject, and content. You can also manually assign events to a child.
Peakly currently supports Gmail (Google) and Outlook / Microsoft 365 (Microsoft). Support for additional providers is on our roadmap.
Email connection is the core of how Peakly works. Without it, there are no events to extract. You can use the calendar and dashboard to view and manage events, but new events will only be added once your email is connected.
No. Peakly reads the emails the school already sends you; the school does not need to know you use it.
Yes, as long as those emails arrive in your Gmail or Outlook inbox. Add the address they come from.
Yes. Each email address you add counts towards your plan: 1 on Basic, 3 on Advanced, 5 on Advanced Pro.
