Peakly is a smart parenting assistant that connects to your email account and automatically finds school communications — events, reminders, payments, and more — then organises them in one place and optionally sends you WhatsApp notifications so nothing slips through the cracks.
With your permission, Peakly connects to your Gmail or Outlook inbox in read-only mode. It scans your emails for messages from schools, PTAs, and educational institutions, then uses AI to extract the key details: dates, event types, action items, and which child the message is about.
Yes. You can add multiple children in your account and Peakly will link incoming school emails to the right child automatically based on the sender, subject, and content. You can also manually assign events to a child.
Peakly currently supports Gmail (Google) and Outlook / Microsoft 365 (Microsoft). Support for additional providers is on our roadmap.
Email connection is the core of how Peakly works. Without it, there are no events to extract. You can use the calendar and dashboard to view and manage events, but new events will only be added once your email is connected.
